The Ticket Holder further agrees to participate in all public relations and marketing activities of the event Sponsor, as required,  without additional consideration.  The Ticket Holder, hereby waives any claim of ownership and acknowledges and agrees that the event Sponsor owns all the media rights (existing and to be developed)  associated with "THE EVENT"

Smart Tickets does not warrant  that any of the materials on this Site are accurate, complete, or current.
