Event Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales made through smarticketing.com or at the gate are considered final and non-refundable

This policy applies to all types of events including but not limited to music concerts, conferences, exhibitions and sporting events.

It is the responsibility of the event-goer to carefully review the event details including the date, time and location before completing the ticket purchase.
Merchandise Sales Refunds

Smart Tickets provides event organizers with the option to sell merchandise through our platform. All the merchandise sales are also considered final and non-refundable.

Customers are advised to carefully view the merchandise details including the description, size and price before making a purchase.

Cancellation or Postponement
- In the rare event an event organizer cancels or postpones and event, Smart Tickets will work closely with the event organizer to communicate the necessary information to the ticket holders
- The refund policy for canceled or postponed events will be determined by the event organizer. Smart Tickets will facilitate the refund process as instructed by the organizer
- In case of the a refund, the amount will be less the transaction and handling fees.
- It is important to note that, Smart Tickets is not responsible for any costs or damages incurred by the ticket holder as a result of the event cancellation or postponement.
